What I do

I run SVD Online as a one-person automation practice. Clients come to me with something that's manual, broken, or missing, an invoice process, a lead intake, a content pipeline, and I scope it, build it in n8n, and hand it over fully documented. Every project starts the same way: understand what's actually eating your time, then automate that specific thing rather than bolting on a generic template. Some clients need one workflow fixed, others need a handful of systems connected end to end, invoicing, lead follow-up, content, onboarding. Whatever the scope, you get something built around how your business actually runs, not a workaround you have to adapt to.

Most businesses lose hours every week to the same repetitive work: copying data between tools, manually following up on leads, updating spreadsheets that should update themselves, chasing invoices, re-entering the same information in three different places. None of that needs a person doing it by hand, and none of it needs custom software built from scratch either. That's the gap I work in.

I build automation workflows with n8n that connect the tools you already use, so the process runs on its own, a form submission triggers an email, a new client triggers an invoice, a lead triggers a follow-up. I'm early in building SVD Online. That's worth saying plainly rather than dressing it up. I don't have a long list of client testimonials yet, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. What that means for you in practice: every project I take on gets my full attention, there's no queue of other clients competing for my time and no handoff to someone more junior.
