How it works
01
Fill in the intake form
Each package has its own form with specific questions. This lets me understand your situation before we speak so the call is focused, not exploratory.

Discovery call
We get on a call, length depends on the package. I ask any follow-up questions, confirm scope, and make sure we're aligned on what gets built.
03
Proposal and deposit
I send a formal scope document within 48 hours. Once you approve and pay the deposit, the project is scheduled and build begins.
04
I build it
I build exactly what was agreed, nothing more, nothing less. You'll hear from me if anything changes.
05
Handover
You receive everything: the build, full documentation, and a Loom walkthrough so you know exactly how to use it.

All packages are fixed price. The deposit secures your spot, the rest is due on delivery.

All prices are excluding VAT.
🇳🇱 Dutch businesses — 21% VAT is added to the invoice amount.
🇪🇺 EU businesses with a VAT number — Reverse charge applies (0% VAT on invoice; you account for it in your own return).
🌍 Outside the EU — No VAT applies. You pay the listed price.

One focused build. One problem solved. You come with a specific thing that isn't working, something manual, missing, or broken. I assess it, build it, hand it over.

Monthly retainers
For clients who want ongoing support after a project. Retainers are separate from packages and start when your included support period ends.
n8n Infrastructure
Your self-hosted n8n server stays up, secure, and current. I handle the operational side so you never have to think about it.

Cancellation policy
Before work starts: The deposit is non-refundable. It covers the intake process, discovery call, and project planning.
After work has started: The full project fee is owed. Once the build begins, your project slot is committed and other work has been turned down.
"Work has started" is defined as the moment you receive a project kickoff confirmation from me after the discovery call.

Common questions
What if I don't know which package is right for me?
Apply for the one that feels closest to your situation. I'll confirm or suggest a better fit after reviewing your intake form, before any payment is made.
What tools do you use?
I'm tool-agnostic. I work with whatever fits your business best, whether that's something you already have or something we choose together. I don't lock you into specific platforms.
What if I need something that isn't on this list?
The packages describe scope, not a fixed menu. If your situation is different, apply anyway and describe what you need. We'll figure out if it fits.
Do you offer ongoing support after the project ends?
Yes. Each package includes a support window (14–60 days). After that, you can continue with an Automation Support Retainer (€199/month, 2 hours included) for ongoing workflow changes and fixes, or an n8n Infrastructure Retainer (€89/month) if you want your self-hosted server managed. Both are optional, not required.
