Why I use it
Every invoice SVD Online sends, deposits and final invoices, gets created directly in Moneybird by n8n. The amount, client details, and language are all set automatically based on what the client booked, I never build an invoice by hand.

My full review
Every invoice SVD Online sends goes through Moneybird, created automatically by n8n the moment a client books a package or a final payment is due. The amount, the client's details, and even the invoice language are set without me opening the dashboard.
The part that made it work for automation is the API combined with Moneybird's own "workflows," you can set a workflow per contact that controls the invoice layout and language, so an English client automatically gets an English invoice PDF without me manually choosing a template each time.
It's not the newest-looking invoicing tool out there, but for handling Dutch VAT correctly and being genuinely automatable, it's held up well.
