The problem it solves
Taking applications by hand means retyping answers, writing confirmations and preparing every call from scratch. Each step is small, and each one is easy to get slightly wrong when the day gets busy.
Not everything is automated, on purpose
The operational layer runs on its own: confirmation, logging, routing and preparation. The judgment call stays with me. Does what they are asking for match the package they came in for, and what do I need to know before the call?
Building this took several iterations. Each refinement came from careful testing: noticing what did not work and correcting it before the next run.
A setup like this sits in the Frame size: a webhook, a confirmation email, intake logging and a notification layer, several connected pieces working together.
